Kalavista - 2015

Sue and Steve brown have launched their new brand Kalavista in January this year. It has been a very exciting time as it is 9 years since the trees were planted and are now looking really healthy and produced their first commercial crop last year.  After 9 months curing in salt brine, the Organic Kalamata Olives are ready to eat. They are firm and full of flavour with natural colour variation.
